As the days grow shorter and the air begins to chill, I find myself daydreaming about taking a trip to Lake Placid. With its crisp mountain air and breathtaking views, this charming town deserves a spot on your bucket list. Lake Placid boasts world-class skiing, glorious hiking trails, a rich winter sports history, and much more. There are tons of activities for visitors to enjoy all year round. You'll need a few days to enjoy all that Lake Placid has to offer, which means you will need a great place to stay after a long day of hiking, skiing, and shopping.
